IMPORTANT: This system will only recognise you and accept your registration if you have been accepted to attend a future Green Monday event.

  1. I cannot meet at the time the other delegate is suggesting we meet, how do I change the meeting time?
    The time of a meeting can only be altered by the person who initiates contact for a meeting. If you are invited to a meeting at a time that you think you will not be able to make, reply to their invitation suggesting a different time. They can then hopefully confirm this change and edit the meeting request accordingly. You will then be able to confirm the meeting.

  2. On my homepage I do not seem to be registered for any events, what should I do?
    In this instance you can log in to Meet-with-me as you have been accepted for a previous event that has since elapsed, but are not registered for any future events. If so, then register for an event and await approval of attendance. Try logging in again and you should see that you are registered to that event.

  3. The system says that I cannot invite delegates for meetings because I am a Supplier, what can I do?
    If you are registered as a supplier you are still registered to any of the events that you have been accepted for. This means that corporate leader and influencer registered delegates will be able to contact you and try to arrange meetings with you, but that you cannot view a list of the delegates and arrange meetings with them. Please understand that we do this as we are very conscious that Green Monday does not become a sales platform. You will of course be able to interact and network with the other delegates at the event anyway, we are merely conscious to avoid the corporate leader delegates especially, being in undated with hard-line approaches. NB. If you feel you have been wrongly categorised then please contact the Green Monday team.

  4. I am looking at a list of the delegates registered to an event and cannot see the name of someone who I otherwise know is attending. Why can I not see them here?
    You will remember that when you apply to attend any event at Green Monday you are given the option to opt-out of using the meeting system. Some delegates choose not to be registered on Meet-with-Me.

  5. I have arranged a number of meetings already at this event and now I cannot continue to. Why?
    We limit the number of meetings anyone delegate can make at a single event to 5 approaches for meetings. As with the above we do not want delegates to inundate others with advances.

  6. If I send a meeting request to another delegate will they be able to see my contact information?
    The purpose of this system is that it safeguards all delegates personal contact information and therefore allows for soft approaches for delegates to contact one and other. We therefore ensure that no email addresses and phone numbers are passed on. If you wish to send on your contact information on to someone then simply include it in the text box provided when sending a meeting request.

  7. I cannot login with my Temporary Password that I was provided with, what shall I do?
    If you are sure that you are using the correct email address to login and are ensuring that the temporary password is typed correctly and still cannot login then please contact us at the below contact details.
